She started her career at Keller Williams back in 2010 and then moved on to the giant Luxury Brand Sotheby's for 6 yrs. Later recognizing that she wanted to expand her own brand and add a fresh new look to it, is when, she decided to transition to a new and exciting startup called Compass, which she expresses gave her an understanding of what it meant to build your own brand. She also had a short year at Goliath, Coldwell Banker where she rubbed elbows with the likes of the brazen Jills.
Ms. Bond also has worked with entrepreneurs, career professionals, and individuals in the high net worth community generally.
