Aqualane Shores

Aqualane Shores is an exclusive waterfront community in the City of Naples located between Port Royal and Old Naples. Its deepwater canals and close proximity to the historic Third Street and Fifth Avenue Shopping Districts make it one of the most desirable waterfront locations in Naples. Access to the area’s best restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico beachfront is another great feature of this downtown Naples community. Search a map for Aqualane Shores real estate for sale. Aqualane Shores was one of the first areas of development in Naples starting back in 1949, the same year Naples became an official city. The first homes were completed in 1950. The majority of homes have been completely reconstructed or torn down and replaced with beautiful luxury waterfront estate homes with proper deep water docks and boat lifts. There are approximately 350 waterfront homes, most of which are on deepwater canals, with direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Aqualane Shores real estate is ideal for homeowners who own or plan on purchasing a large power or sailboat. Price Ranges for Aqualane Shores homes are from 1.7 Million for one of the original homes that may or may not be remodeled on up to a new luxury custom waterfront estate home for 8 Million. There is a volunteer Home Owners Association for Aqualane Shores. Due to the development having started back in the 1950s there was no legal association formed. The residents decided to form a volunteer association. The annual fee is only $50 and it has been formed by the community members to provide “fellowship and unity of purpose for a unique, mature, and settled neighborhood”.
